Chromebrook Permission Form

 The link below is for the Chromebook Permission Form.  This form is required to be completed in order for students to get a Chromebook issued to them by NLESD (Grades 7-12).  Once the form is digitally completed, our secretary will add your student(s') name to the list and they will be issued a Chromebook when the NLESD Technology Team has prepared them.
